Day 4 of My Better Me Challenge

Day 4 was a struggle. I just wasn't feeling it. However, being in my classrooms and with my students did energize me in ways that I was not expecting. I am so thankful for my jobs and that I am able to teach history and political science which I find both fulfilling and rewarding.

I had my normal double dose of EDD in the morning. I made my water bottle of lemon chia seed water.

On Mondays and Wednesdays I do not have access to a microwave or way to heat food and have to eat in between classes on my drive from one campus to another, while not the most healthy, this was the choice for lunch. (I only ate like 1/2 of the peanut butter chia bar).

I then went to work and after work stopped to get a few groceries to meal prep for the week. We have an incredibly busy week so I did up all of the meals or least most of the meals that we need for the week.

I then made dinner. I had some mac n cheese and roasted broccoli (I used a bowl and filled it halfway with roasted broccoli first and then had a small serving of mac n cheese.) Later I had a chocolate chip cookie.

I also had an Icee b/c my throat was bothering me and I was running Huxley to a meeting with his new Bible study.

My back has still been killing me and post vaccine I am either dying of heat or so very cold. It is the weirdest thing, like my body can't regulate temperature at all.
